UniversitySite has enjoyed tremendous success in Dallas. In fact, the product's origins can be traced directly to a handful of local firms that were using SupportSite to manage their help desk center, who kept sneaking features in to address their training needs. Eventually these features became robust enough to warrant a separate application and UniversitySite was born.

In recognition of all the great work being done with UniversitySite in Dallas, Jeffrey Roach will ask a number of your peers to share some of their success stories with the group. We'll hear how the LMS has enriched everything from rollout training to managing the new hire program. Jeffrey will lead the discussion, as well as provide his, er, unique perspective. In addition we'll take scenarios from attendees and talk about how to stage those scenarios in UniversitySite. So prepare your war stories, and we'll see you in July.
